"I had a wonderful experience with several staff members due to a phone glitch that cut us off mid-call. Each member, Anthony, Leticia, and subsequently Sienna(?) were very kind, helpful, and they were able to answer my questions and take care of my request immediately. It was such a pleasure being able to speak with a live people instead of going through robots, pressing 1 or 2, and waiting a half hour only to be cut off. Thank you all for your help!
